Oversee and manage the company’s overall operations, including retail branches, online sales, office, and warehouse operations.
Lead and coordinate Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, HR & Admin, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth and efficient business performance.
Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales, profitability, and growth objectives.
Set, monitor, and improve departmental KPIs and overall business performance.
Monitor branch performance, inventory control, customer service, and operational efficiency.
Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and implement effective cost-control measures.
Lead and evaluate Department Heads and Managers to ensure accountability and effective execution.
Prepare and present weekly and monthly management reports to Executive Management.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum 5–7 years of management experience, including at least 3 years in a senior management or equivalent leadership role.
Proven experience managing multiple departments and cross-functional teams.
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Good understanding of business operations, budgeting, P&L, cost control, and KPI management.
Strong analytical skills with a results-oriented and accountable mindset.
Experience in Retail, Multi-Branch Operations, or E-commerce is highly preferred.
