Job Description

  • Maintain good relationships with ministries, departments, and government offices.

  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, official submissions, and follow-ups with relevant authorities.

  • Support licensing, approvals, permits, and official documentation processes.

  • Identify business opportunities from government projects, tenders, and institutional needs.

  • Prepare business proposals, quotations, concept papers, and tender documents.

  • Deliver professional presentations to government stakeholders and decision-makers.

  • Liaise internally with management, finance, technical, and legal teams for project submissions.

  • Monitor new government policies, market developments, and upcoming opportunities.

  • Represent the company in meetings, discussions, and events when required.

  • Perform other duties assigned by senior management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required. (Business, Public Administration, Law, Marketing or related field preferred)

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Government Relations, Liaison, Sales, Business Development, or Tender Management.

  • Strong knowledge of government offices and administrative procedures.

  • Good proposal writing and presentation skills.

  • Strong communication skills in Myanmar and English.

  • Good networking, negotiation, and coordination ability.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G-suite.

  • Able to travel when necessary.
