  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals in power generation and renewable energy sectors.
  • Act as a strategic partner to senior management on organizational development and workforce planning.
  • Lead HR transformation initiatives to support business expansion (e.g., Elecrtic projects, power plants).
  • Design and oversee recruitment strategies for technical (engineers, technicians) and non-technical roles.
  • Ensure timely hiring for project-based and operational workforce needs.
  • Build employer branding to attract skilled professionals in renewable energy.
  • Drive KPI-based performance culture across departments.
  • Support leadership in performance improvement plans.
  • Design competitive salary structures aligned with energy industry benchmarks.
  • Maintain positive employee relations across sites (project locations).
  • Address grievances, disciplinary issues, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and environmental standards.
  • Develop HR policies and ensure implementation across all locations.

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Human Resource, Business Administration, related field. MBA Preferred.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the Group’s business objectives.
  • 8–12 years of progressive HR experience and minimum 5 years in an HR managerial or leadership role.
  • Strong background in HR strategy, All HR Functions, Business set up, and organizational development, HR best practices and labor law.
  • Excellent leadership, people management, and Operational management skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multi-business operations and diverse workforce groups.
