The HR Manager is responsible for leading all human resource functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
The role ensures the company has the right people, strong systems, and a high-performance culture to support business growth and operational efficiency

  • Develop and manage manpower planning aligned with business needs
  • Oversee full recruitment cycle (JD creation, sourcing, interviewing, onboarding)
  • Ensure quality hiring and timely fulfillment of positions
  • Coordinate performance reviews and ensure consistency across departments
  • Monitor employee performance and support improvement plans
  • Identify training needs and develop learning programs
  • Organize internal and external training sessions
  • Support leadership development and succession planning
  • Develop and update HR policies, SOPs, and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
  • Handle disciplinary actions and employee grievances
  • Promote a positive and productive work environment
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives and surveys
  • Strengthen company culture and core values
  • Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, and leave management
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems
  • Manage HR reports and dashboards for management
  • Align HR strategies with overall business objectives
  • Support management in organizational design and change management
  • Provide HR insights and recommendations based on data
