Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Oversee payroll calculation and verification to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Manage statutory compliance including Personal Income Tax (PIT), Social Security Board (SSB), and Employment Contributions (EC)
  • Ensure adherence to local labor laws and government regulations
  • Handle employee relations matters, providing guidance and resolving workplace issues
  • Maintain relationships with government authorities and ensure regulatory compliance
  • Act as the first escalation point for HR-related concerns
  • Manage disciplinary processes including investigations, documentation, and resolution
  • Ensure fair and consistent application of company policies
  • Deliver efficient HR services and support daily HR operations
  • Continuously improve HR processes and service delivery standards
  • Facilitate KPI setting and support performance management cycles
  • Ensure accurate data input and tracking of performance metrics
  • Support performance review processes across business units
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles from Supervisor to Assistant Manager level
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill manpower requirements
  • Execute employee engagement activities, 360-degree feedback collection and distribute reports, rewards, and recognition programs
  • Support implementation of training programs
  • Deliver Code of Conduct (COC) training and new employee orientation
  • Support HR projects including Job Analysis (JA), competency frameworks, Hi-Po identification, and succession planning

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3-5 years of HR managerial experience with a focus on HR operations
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance
  • Experience in payroll processing and HR systems
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity
