A. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for all levels (junior to managerial).
  • Develop manpower planning with departments and maintain hiring timelines.
  • Manage job postings, CV screening, interviews, assessments, and selection.
  • Build talent pipelines and maintain candidate databases.
  • Ensure proper onboarding and orientation for new hires.

    B. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HRIS data accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with Myanmar labour laws and company policies.
  • Manage attendance, leave, discipline, and code of conduct implementation.
  • Prepare HR reports for management (headcount, turnover, hiring status).
  • Oversee payroll coordination with Finance (attendance, OT, incentives, deductions).

    C. Performance Management

  • Implement KPI/OKR systems and support departments with cascading.
  • Conduct performance appraisal cycles (mid-year & year-end).
  • Identify poor performance cases and support improvement plans (PIP).
  • Ensure calibration, fairness, and transparency in evaluation processes.

    D. Learning & Development

  • Identify training needs with HODs.
  • Develop annual training plans and budgets.
  • Coordinate internal and external training programs.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and maintain records.

    E. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Promote positive workplace culture and handle employee grievances.
  • Conduct counselling sessions when required.
  • Lead engagement activities such as events, team-building, and CSR.
  • Strengthen communication between management and employees.

    F. Compensation & Benefits

  • Support salary structure mapping, benchmarking, and yearly increment cycles.
  • Manage benefits (insurance, allowances, incentives, welfare).
  • Ensure C&B policies are updated and competitive.
  • G. HR Strategy & Organizational Development

  • Support HR digitalization and policy development.
  • Contribute to organizational structure updates and workforce planning.
  • Participate in strategic HR projects and audits.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required (HRM, Business Management, or related field).
  • Professional HR certifications preferred (HRM Diploma, SHRM, CIPD).
  • Minimum 5–7 years of HR experience with at least 5-7 years in managerial/supervisory role.
  • Experience in recruitment, HR operations, and performance management.
  • Strong knowledge of Myanmar Labor Law.
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS software, and reporting.
