To lead and manage all HR functions for the jewellery business.

 

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.

  • Act as a strategic partner to management on people, culture, and organizational development.

  • Develop leadership capabilities for store managers

  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

  • Manage payroll, incentives, commissions, bonuses, and statutory benefits.

  • Maintain accurate HR documentation, policies, and SOPs.

  • Standardize HR processes across all stores and locations.

Job Requirements

  • 10–15+ years of HR experience,3–5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of HR dynamics
  • Leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
