Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Management

  • Develop and implement annual staffing plans to ensure adequate workforce across all operations
  • Design and improve operational workflows for efficiency, clear separation of duties, and workload balance
  • Establish effective procedures to control daily operations and enhance performance
  • Create strategies to support company growth and expansion
  • Plan and drive staff capacity development initiatives
  • Ensure adherence to company principles, policies, and procedures
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive environment for auditors, inspectors, and stakeholders
  • Conduct regular team meetings to gather issues, find solutions, and share updates
  • Report regularly to executives on departmental and branch progress and achievements
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the executives

2. Product & Service Management

  • Lead product and service innovation to expand offerings for clients
  • Develop policies, procedures, forms, and guidelines for managing deposit products and customer service
  • Oversee product setup, testing, and launching
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for branches and company-wide targets
  • Produce reports to track and improve deposit performance and achievement plans

Job Requirements

  • At least Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, banking, or business administration.
  • Possess at least consecutive four-year experience in financial or banking in industry
  • At least two-year experience of management in any multi-branch company
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Good knowledge of any financial or banking computerized systems
  • Good teamwork, interpersonal, and problem solving skills
  • Be well-organized, creative, and focused.
