Responsibilities:

  1. Human Resources Management:

    • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
    • Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
    • Oversee employee performance management, including performance reviews, goal setting, and career development.
    • Provide guidance and support on employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
    • Plan and coordinate training and development programs for employees.
    • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
  2. Administrative Operations:

    • Oversee the smooth functioning of the administrative department.
    • Manage office facilities and supplies, ensuring a well-maintained and organized work environment.
    • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation for employees, when necessary.
    • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for office equipment and services.
    • Monitor and maintain office budgets, expenses, and financial records.
    • Provide support for company events, meetings, and conferences.
  3. Team Leadership:

    • Lead, coach, and mentor the HR and administrative team.
    • Set department goals and objectives in alignment with company strategies.
    • Delegate tasks, monitor progress, and provide constructive feedback.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
    • Encourage professional development and growth within the team.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in HR management and administration, preferably in a retail or similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and team management experience.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
