Job Purpose

The role ensures accurate payroll processing, compliance with labor regulations, and effective implementation of compensation and benefits policies to support employee satisfaction and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and supervise monthly payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timely payment.
  • Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including allowances, bonuses, and leave management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies related to payroll and benefits.
  • Maintain and update employee records, salary structures, and HR databases.
  • Handle payroll reconciliation, overtime calculations, deductions, and final settlements.
  • Coordinate with finance and external vendors regarding payroll and benefits matters.
  • Support salary benchmarking and compensation review processes.
  • Prepare HR and payroll reports for management review.
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to compensation, benefits, and payroll matters.
  • Assist in developing and improving HR policies, procedures, and C&B processes.
  • Support audit requirements and ensure proper documentation for payroll and benefits records.

    • Strong knowledge of payroll administration and compensation & benefits practices.
    • Good understanding of labor law, tax regulations, and HR compliance.
    • Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HRIS/payroll systems.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Problem-solving and organizational abilities.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
    • Time management and ability to work under deadlines.
