Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle – from posting job ads, screening candidates, conducting
  • interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  • Prepare and maintain employee personal files, employment contracts, appointment and
  • confirmation letters.
  • Support the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies, procedures, and
  • guidelines.
  • Handle monthly attendance, leave management, and ensure accurate payroll input.
  • Coordinate employee benefits such as insurance, SSB, Citizen payment processes, and medical claims.
  • Manage uniform orders and distribution of staff accessories on time.
  • Assist in organizing internal and external training programs and track training records.
  • Support employee engagement activities including CSR programs, staff parties, birthday celebrations, and health initiatives (e.g., vaccination drives).
  • Handle probation review reminders, staff confirmation, resignation, and exit interview processes.
  • Maintain HR databases, employee records, and prepare regular HR reports for management.
  • Support performance appraisal processes and follow up with department heads.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Assist in workplace safety, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
  • Carry out any other HR or administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate. Diploma or Certificate of Human Resource Management preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or in a similar role.
  • Prior experience in HR documentation, administration and employee relations.
  • Strong communication skills, polite, initiative, fast-learner and with positive, go-getter attitude.
  • Ability to work well in a team and confident in handling tasks independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially advanced Excel) and familiar with global HR software.
