Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions for Upper Myanmar region, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management,   and compliance.

  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle (job posting, screening, interviewing, hiring).
  • Manage performance appraisal systems (delivery efficiency, punctuality, service quality).
  • Coordinate with department heads for employee performance management.
  • Develop employee engagement and retention programs to reduce staff turnover and build positive organizational culture.
  • Oversee payroll, allowances, bonuses, and incentive programs (for office & field staff).
  • Provide HR metrics and reports to management for strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee and administer the HRIS to ensure accurate data management, system efficiency, and reliable HR reporting.
  • Identify training needs and support learning and development programs.
  • Handle grievance, disciplinary, and conflict resolution cases with fairness and confidentiality.

Job Requirements

  • Any bachelor's degree holder with a diploma in Human Resources Management
  • Minimum 5 years ​as HR Generalist, including 2 years' experience in management level. (Experience working for service industry will be advantage.)
  • Must be able to lead HR department independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Hands-on, proactive, and able to balance strategic and operational HR responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Able to work under pressure.
