Position Title HR Executive (Compensation & Benefits)
Department: HR & Admin
Reporting To: Assistant HR Manager / HR & Admin Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily attendance records and prepare attendance, leave, late, and OT reports.
  • Handle monthly payroll processing including salary calculation, approval submission, Smart Pay report updates, and payslip issuance.
  • Calculate and process monthly statutory payments such as SSB and PIT and submit to relevant government offices.
  • Coordinate with government departments to ensure employee statutory benefits and compliance.
  • Prepare and verify data required for monthly sales incentive calculation.
  • Calculate sales incentives, prepare approval documents, update payroll systems, and process payments.
  • Prepare documentation and approval requests for salary adjustments, promotions, and bonus payments.
  • Handle final payroll and benefits calculation for resigned employees, including approval and payment processing.
  • Ensure payroll accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with labor laws and company policies.

 Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, and Attendance management.
  • Proficient in Advanced Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
  • Good analytical, reporting, and time-management skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong compliance mindset.
  • Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
  • Certificate or Diploma in Human Resource Management is an advantage.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Compensation & Benefits / Payroll function.
