Job Requirements

  • Experience: 10 to 12+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5+ years successfully leading as an HR Head or Senior HR Manager in large organizations.
  • Education: MBA (Human Resources) or a Master’s degree in a related field. (Professional HR certifications are highly preferred).
  • Expertise: Proven track record in High-Level Strategic Vision, Change Management, and Organizational Development (OD).
  • Leadership: Exceptional executive presence, top-tier negotiation skills, and a strong capability to influence C-Level executives.
  • Language: Professional fluency in English (Executive/Business Level).
  •  Must be able to travel.
