  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records and recruitment databases.
  • Prepare HR letters (offer letters, confirmation letters, warnings, etc.).

  • Support performance appraisal processes.

  • Follow up on probation review, confirmation, and performance improvement plans.

  • Coordinate monthly attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.

  • Prepare HR reports (headcount, turnover, recruitment status, leave reports, etc.).

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience for HR Executive and Minimum 1 year of experience for HR Assistant.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with HR systems/software.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.

  • Team player with a positive attitude.
