Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Coordinate and administer internal and external training programs.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) in collaboration with department managers.
  • Develop annual training calendars and monitor training implementation.
  • Track employee learning progress and maintain training records.
  • Support leadership development, employee engagement, and succession planning initiatives.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly HR reports and dashboards.
  • Analyze HR metrics including headcount, turnover, absenteeism, recruitment status, and training effectiveness.
  • Generate insights and recommendations based on HR data to support management decisionmaking.
  • Develop and improve HR reporting templates and tracking systems.
  • Prepare professional presentations for management meetings, business reviews, and HR initiatives.
  • Compile and present HRrelated data, trends, and workforce analytics.
  • Support management with reports, proposals, and strategic HR presentations.
  • Create visually appealing reports using PowerPoint, Excel, and other reporting tools.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in HR Generalist roles.
  • Strong experience in preparing reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
  • Knowledge of Learning & Development practices will be an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with HRIS systems is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
