Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Check and verify employees’ overtime records.
  • Compile and consolidate OT lists from each department and share in the group.
  • Manage insurance in/out list and handle related payment processes.
  • Handle the Social Security Board (SSB) process.
  • Oversee general office administration duties.
  • Check and calculate attendance records for night shift meal allowance.
  • Perform day-to-day HR operations.
  • Liaise with government offices and OSSC for HR-related processes.
  • Assist with office supply control and prepare required documentation for both expatriate and local staff.
  • Organize meeting room setups and ensure all facilities are prepared for meetings and events.
  • Coordinate with third-party service providers (hazardous waste, pest control, security, janitorial, ferry, catering) and verify monthly invoice processes.
  • Manage the arrangement of office operational vehicles for staff use.
  • Arrange visa applications, air ticket bookings, and hotel accommodations for foreign expatriates

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in BBA, BBM, Human Resources, or Administration.
  • Minimum 2-3 years experiences in HR/Admin.
  • Honest, responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written) to liaise effectively with expatriates.
  • Solid experience in office administrative support and coordination.
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to drive a car is advantages.
