We will be recruiting for this position at the upcoming JobNATION job fair Yangon on 21st-March-2026 at Novotel Hotel Yangon.

Responsibilities for HR Manager

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
  • Oversee onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Coordinate with department heads to identify workforce requirements.
  • Maintain strong employee relations and resolve grievances professionally.
  • Implement employee welfare programs and engagement activities.
  • Develop and oversee performance appraisal systems.
  • Provide guidance on performance improvement plans and career development.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions as needed.
  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies in line with labor laws and company objectives.
  • Maintain updated employee records and contracts.
  • Generate regular HR reports (turnover, absenteeism, manpower summary).
  • Ensure confidentiality of all HR data.
  • Oversee daily administrative operations, including facilities management and office supplies.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations.
  • Manage budgets for administrative and HR activities.
  • Monitor and control costs while ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and administrative documents.
  • Monitor use and maintenance of company assets and inventory.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance in the manufacturing sector.
  • Proficient in HRMS, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of production workflows and shift-based staffing
