Job Description
Recruitment and Staffing:

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract toptalent.
  • Manage the hiring process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding ofnew employees.

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
  • Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee issues and promoting effective communication.

Performance Management:

  • Oversee performance appraisal systems that drive highperformance.
  • Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.

Training and Development:

  • Identify training needs and implement programs to enhanceemployee skills and knowledge.
  • Organize workshops and educational activities.

Policy Development:

Compensation and Benefits:

Job Requirements

Education

  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field isrequired.
  • A master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, HRM) is preferred for this position.

Work Experience

  • Candidates need 5 years of experience in human resources roles, demonstrating a proven
  • track record in managing various HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, andperformance management.

Skills and Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical skills to assess workforce needs, evaluate employee performance, and make data-driven decisions.
- Understanding of labor laws, compliance and legal requirements and minimizes risks.
- Align HR strategies with business objectives, contributing to long-term workforce planning and organizational success.
- Familiarity with HR software and tools for payroll processing, recruitment tracking, and employee performance monitoring
