Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.

  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the right talent is hired in a timely manner.

  • Manage employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs.

  • Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions fairly and consistently.

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.

  • Design and oversee performance appraisal systems and employee development programs.

  • Develop and manage compensation, benefits, and payroll administration in collaboration with the finance team.

  • Maintain HR records, metrics, and reporting for management review.

  • Support organizational change and culture-building initiatives.

  • Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

  • Minimum [5–8] years of progressive HR experience, with at least [2–3] years in a managerial role.

  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.

  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.

  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

  • Proficient in HR software and MS Office Suite.

  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
