Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the right talent is hired in a timely manner.
Manage employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs.
Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions fairly and consistently.
Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
Design and oversee performance appraisal systems and employee development programs.
Develop and manage compensation, benefits, and payroll administration in collaboration with the finance team.
Maintain HR records, metrics, and reporting for management review.
Support organizational change and culture-building initiatives.
Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum [5–8] years of progressive HR experience, with at least [2–3] years in a managerial role.
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Proficient in HR software and MS Office Suite.
Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
