Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Lead recruitment for all operational roles, ensuring alignment with department needs and company culture.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment, mediate conflicts, and maintain harmonious employee-management relations.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Manage competitive compensation and benefits packages, aligning them with industry standards and company policies.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs, implement development programs, and ensure compliance with food safety and manufacturing regulations.
  • Workplace Safety & Compliance: Ensure HR activities comply with labor laws and safety standards, overseeing health and safety protocols in production environments.
  • Productivity & Performance Management: Work with senior management to enhance workforce productivity through performance management and process optimization.
  • Leadership & Strategy: Advise leadership on HR strategies, supporting decisions related to staffing, workforce development, and organizational changes.
  • Culture Development: Promote a positive organizational culture that encourages teamwork, employee engagement, and motivation.

Job Requirements

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

Experience:

  • 5-7 years in HR management, preferably in manufacturing or food production.

  • Expertise in recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and training.

  • Experience in employee welfare, safety standards, and HR compliance in production environments.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations, especially in manufacturing and food industries.

  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

  • Ability to manage tasks and priorities efficiently.

  • Strong communication skills for influencing senior leadership and building relationships.

  • Proficient in payroll software, Microsoft Office, and HRIS systems.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to improve workforce effectiveness.
