Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience:
5-7 years in HR management, preferably in manufacturing or food production.
Expertise in recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and training.
Experience in employee welfare, safety standards, and HR compliance in production environments.
Skills & Abilities:
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations, especially in manufacturing and food industries.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to manage tasks and priorities efficiently.
Strong communication skills for influencing senior leadership and building relationships.
Proficient in payroll software, Microsoft Office, and HRIS systems.
Analytical and problem-solving skills to improve workforce effectiveness.
