  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes

  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and grievance management

  • Oversee performance appraisal and staff development programs

  • Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and leave systems

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations

  • Provide HR advice and support to management and department heads

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation

  • Support organizational growth and workforce planning

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR management or similar role

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Leadership and people management skills

  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information

  • Experience in garment or manufacturing industry is an advantage

  • Proficient in MS Office and HR-related documentati
