  1. Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies, procedures, and systems in compliance with company objectives and labor laws.
  2. Lead the recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee retention processes to attract and retain qualified talent.
  3. Manage performance management, employee development, training, and succession planning programs.
  4. Oversee payroll administration, compensation, benefits, and attendance management in coordination with relevant departments.
  5. Maintain positive employee relations by handling grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution professionally.
  6. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements while minimizing organizational risk.
  7. Prepare HR budgets, reports, manpower planning, and workforce analytics for management decision-making.
  8. Supervise and develop the HR team to ensure efficient delivery of HR services across the organization.
  9. Support organizational development initiatives, change management projects, and company culture enhancement activities.
  10. Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by senior management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field; a Master's degree or HR certification is an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, and Myanmar labor laws.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage people effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS/payroll systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Able to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and support business objectives with a proactive and service-oriented mindset.
