Job Responsibilities

  • Manpower planning and handling end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Implement and maintain HR policies related to recruitment, promotion, transfers, personnel administration, disciplinary actions, and employee relations.
  • Work closely with HQ and senior management on workforce planning, employee development, performance evaluations, and annual HR reports.
  • Prepare and monitor HR budgets, yearly training plans, and staff development programs in alignment with company objectives.
  • Conduct company orientation for new employees and oversee onboarding processes.
  • Develop, update, and enforce company regulations in compliance with business requirements and labor laws.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration, including payroll, social security, income tax, and staff benefits.
  • Conduct C&B market surveys to ensure competitive and fair compensation practices.
  • Manage HR database and ensure accuracy of employee records.
  • Prepare HR reports (turnover, attendance, absenteeism, vacancies, training records, etc.) for management review.
  • Coordinate with management to improve working conditions, employee engagement, motivation, and recognition programs.
  • Register and renew foreign employee documentation such as FRC, work permits, and visas.
  • Prepare legal documents including employment contracts, lease agreements, and termination notices.
  • Manage workplace conflicts, investigations, disciplinary actions, and termination procedures
  • Oversee the maintenance, safety, and security of company buildings, factory facilities, and office areas.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards for factory and office operations.

Job Requirements

Experience & Qualifications

  • Age between 35–50 years old.
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Facility Management, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR managerial roles, preferably in manufacturing or automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of labor law, employee relations, and ISO 9001:2015 compliance.
  • Proficient in HR management software and digital HR platforms (preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and team-management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Office 365) and Microsoft Teams.
  • Language: proficient in English
