Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Lead the implementation and enhancement of the HRIS in collaboration with the Digital Transformation division and relevant teams.
  • Drive digitalization initiatives and innovations to enhance HR processes.
  • Maintain and update employee data in the HR system.
  • Prepare and submit monthly HR reports to the respective divisions and senior management.
  • Support monthly payroll data preparation for Head Office employees.
  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes of system related activities.
  • Provide required data for FRD, SSB, and other government-related matters.
  • Handle employment contract preparation, including new joiners and contract renewals matter for Head Office employees.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor and HR Management Team.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required; Human Resources & Business Administration are advantage
  • Must have 5 years working experience in HR Operations, or HRIS management.
  • Knowledge of payroll systems and software.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset with strong Microsoft excels skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
