  • Management to recruitment process, (online job portal, journal, agencies, website) 
  • Record to update staff data base 
  • Making to employee attendance, Leave record, salary calculation, SSB, Income Tax and labor law (excel specialized) 
  • Good communication skills & Personality
  •  Making new staff for Bank Process and EC Contract
  • Supporting HR-related training programs,Orientation
  • Report timeline to HR Manager & Management Team
  • Communicate with  internal BA and staff 
  • Handle with BA employee records (Sale Data, Performance,Exam,)

Job Requirements

  • Must have Bachelor’s Degree with Diploma in HR (or) Certificate 
  • At least 2 years experience in related fields
  • Microsoft Office Application (Word, Excel, Power Point) 
  • Report to HR Manager
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Able to work under pressure
