  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for all departments and job levels.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and create job descriptions.
  • Source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, headhunting, agencies, and campus programs.
  • Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ suitability and cultural fit.
  • Schedule interviews and ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience.Maintain ATS/recruitment records and build talent pipelines.
  • Improve recruitment processes and support employer branding activities.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly hiring reports and manpower updates.
  • Collaborate with department heads on workforce planning.
  • Support onboarding and supervise junior HR staff when assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2.5 years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment and interview techniques.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with ATS/HRIS preferred.
  • Knowledge of labor laws is an advantage.
  • Strong written and verbal language skills.
