Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

This position is responsible for the overall HR Administration including recruitment for Myanmar. Of major importance is the recruitment of key positions (both local nationals and expatriates) and other HR duties assigned by Talent, Resourcing and Development Manager.
 Responsible for the whole RMA group recruitment and manpower plan;
 Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work
 Provide advice and market knowledge to line managers on availability of skills in the market
 Maintain relationships with recruitment, advertising, online and social media suppliers
 Conduct recruitment of staff in Myanmar at all levels, scheduling interview times and collecting feedback from candidates and hiring managers
 Coordinate the induction and onboarding forms for each new member of staff, working with the Line Managers to ensure a smooth process
 Ensure the organisation’s ‘employment brand’ is maintained in all recruitment and sourcing activities
 Conduct appropriate onboarding and orientation programmes for new employees.
 Organize job fair
 Support the other HR department functions as required
 Provide support to the Talent, Resourcing and Development Manager with developing policies and procedures. This will need to be done primarily from the perspective of local best practice and labor law.
 Assist the Talent, Resourcing and Development Manager with developing action forms that correspond to the policies and procedures developed
 Support on employee relations involving absence management, performance management, disciplinary & grievances.

Job Requirements

1. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment and general HR
2. Worked in multicultural environments
3. Fluent English and Burmese
4. Track record in handling cross-border recruitment
5. Knowledge of the use of the IT and internet (social media, job portals etc.)
