- Rare off-site working arrangement (based in Yangon) for Singapore Employment Agency 
- Handle enquires from potential candidates seeking job in Singapore, briefing of job details and answering to enquiries from job seekers

- Familiarising with different job positions and interviewing candidates 

- Handling and management of candidates on Google Drive

- Follow up with successful candidates to explain the process and guide them on things to be done in preparation to come to Singapore

- Monitoring workers housing and assist as needed

- Translating and counselling of candidates who have reached Singapore; eg. house registration, transfer of instalment and especially those workers who have problem

- Research and gather ground information to be on top of changes in the industry and form crucial contacts using various online and offline tools

- Must be proactive, driven, and resourceful

- Must have excellent communication skill and like to talk to people

- Must have excellent communication and written skill in English and Burmese

- Must have experience in conducting interviews in English 

- Must be proficient in computer usage, MS office (word, excel, outlook) and online tools (google drive, WhatsApp, etc)  

- Must have basic social media skills to engage target audience (Facebook, TikTok, Telegram, etc…)

- Must have access to stable internet flow as remote working from Myanmar

- Able to multi-task and perform in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure
