Job Description

Stock Management: Maintain accurate stock levels, conduct regular counts (daily/weekly), organize storage areas for easy access, and reconcile system records with physical stock.
Receiving & Processing: Inspect incoming shipments for quality and quantity, process deliveries, and update inventory systems.
Reporting & Analysis: Assist in preparing reports, analyzing sales data, identifying usage patterns, and recommending adjustments to stock levels.
Team Support: Train and mentor junior staff, supervise team members, and ensure adherence to company policies.
Coordination: Liaise with purchasing, sales, and warehouse teams to address shortages, delays, or stock discrepancies.
Process Improvement: Suggest and implement changes to improve inventory tracking, efficiency, and accuracy.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in inventory or warehouse operations, with supervisory experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of inventory control procedures and warehouse operations.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/Inventory Management Systems.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
