Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

 

-Strategy & Planning: Design, develop, and implement comprehensive annual and monthly sales and marketing plans, alignment strategies, and budget allocations for IT products and services.
-Lead Generation & Sales: Drive B2B customer acquisition by identifying and engaging corporate clients, while nurturing and maintaining long-term relationships with existing accounts.
-Digital Marketing: Oversee and optimize digital marketing campaigns across key platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Corporate Website, and other relevant digital channels) to generate high-quality inbound leads.
-Team Management: Provide clear direction, mentorship, and leadership to the Sales & Marketing team; set clear performance milestones, and actively monitor targets and achievements.
-Market Research: Continuous analysis of competitor landscapes, industry shifts, and emerging IT market trends to identify new business opportunities and competitive advantages.
-Reporting & Analytics: Track, evaluate, and present monthly sales performance, pipeline growth, and marketing ROI (Return on Investment) reports directly to upper management.

Job Requirements

-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field. (An MBA or Professional Diploma in Marketing is highly desirable).
-A minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Sales and Marketing.
-Prior experience in B2B Sales, Corporate Sales, or Account Management within the IT/Tech industry is strongly preferred.
-Tech-Savvy:Solid understanding of technical concepts, software applications, and IT jargon, with the ability to translate complex tech solutions into clear business values for clients.
-Communication: Exceptional negotiation, persuasive communication, and corporate presentation skills, with high proficiency in both English and Myanmar.
-Strategic Thinking:Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and design actionable, high-conversion marketing strategies.
-Leadership:Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team, coupled with strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills under high-pressure environments.
