  • Design, develop, and deliver effective learning programs (including workshops, e-learning, seminars, and on-the-job training) that align with business goals and employee development needs
  • Work closely with trainers and leadership teams to develop career program progression programs, succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
  • Manage the learning development budget, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and effectively to meet organizational needs.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization by promoting professional development opportunities and creating a positive learning environment.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, resources, and documentation for current and future training programs.
  • Identifying and selecting external trainers or training school that align with the organization’s needs.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree, Education or a related field. A master’s in Organizational Development.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning and Development or related field.
  • Experience in creating, implementing and evaluating training program.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management System (LMS), e-learning platforms, various learning styles and data analysis tools
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with department heads and senior management to address organizational learning needs.
