Job Description

Coordinate project activities with clients, the Project Sales & Engineering Department, business units, such as Finance, Purchase, and Logistics departments from inquiry through delivery to the Customer.
Manage project planning, progress reporting, and claims.
Communicate client technical queries and complaints to suppliers.
Evaluate suppliers and quotations from both technical and commercial perspectives.
Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to process import licenses and ensure smooth cargo clearance.
Monitor project progress and work with stakeholders to deliver on time and within budget.
Adapt to policy changes and develop the skills needed to meet new requirements.
Source reliable new suppliers and secure strategic partnership opportunities, support marketing and sales and submit product market reports to principals.
Guide Deputy Managers and Assistant Managers.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, or an equivalent qualification, a Masters in Business Administration preferred
At least 7–8 years of local or international experience in engineering projects or tenders.
Strong knowledge of international supply chain practices, including procurement, negotiation skills, and logistics.
Intermediate or higher English communication skills, along with analytical, problem-solving, and customer-focused abilities.
