As an Organizational Development Manager of AIA Myanmar, the key questions you will be expected to answer in partnership with CHRO and other executive committee members are the followings:

  1. How do we build high-performing and continuous learning culture at AIA Myanmar?
  2. How do we ensure we have steady pipeline of talents for key leadership positions and critical roles?
  3. How do we embed effective leadership practices across the organization?
  4. How do we help overcome business and performance challenges through effective and relevant learning and development programs.

Job Requirements

  • Strong communicator who can build effective relationships with stakeholders of all levels and backgrounds.
  • Team player who knows when to take charge and when to give space to team members.
  • Leader who loves to and is able to enable your team to be the best they can be.
  • Demonstrated experience of designing, delivering and evaluating learning programs including leadership development program.
  • Demonstrated experience of managing end-to-end performance management and succession planning processes.
  • Excellent understanding of organization design and change management.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders using multiple evidences including data storytelling.
  • Familiarity with Workday or other HR information systems.
