We are seeking an experienced and proactive Market Development Manager to expand our market presence and drive business growth in the FMCG sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, developing distribution channels, strengthening brand presence, and leading initiatives to increase sales performance and market share.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new market opportunities to expand product distribution and market share.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key partners.

• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to develop effective strategies.

• Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to implement market expansion plans.

• Develop and execute market development strategies to increase brand visibility and product penetration.

• Monitor sales performance and market feedback to optimize business strategies.

• Lead promotional and trade marketing activities to support product growth.

• Prepare regular market reports and provide insights for management decision-making.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Market Development, Sales, or Business Development within the FMCG industry.

• Strong knowledge of distribution networks and market expansion strategies.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

• Ability to analyze market data and develop effective business strategies.

• Willingness to travel as required.
