• Lead & manage all Modern Trade operations to hit sales targets.

• Boost brand visibility & ensure promos run smoothly.

• Monitor product distribution & inventory.

• Build strong relationships with MT buyers.

• Guide & coach MT team to improve performance.

• Visit outlets regularly to check displays, merchandising & competitors.

• Analyze sales data & report results to management.

• Ensure new products reach all MT outlets.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field.

• 3–5 years experience in Modern Trade Sales (FMCG preferred).

• Strong negotiation & relationship-building skills.

• Knowledge of merchandising, promotions & route management.

• Leadership, communication & team management skills.

• Analytical & results-oriented.

• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint; ERP is a plus.
