  1. Responsible for assisting secretarial support to chief operating officer to provide effective performance function.
  2. Analyze and maintain an overview of the work of IMD office to ensure that timely and administrative support is provided in general and specialized areas.
  3. Responsible for generating correspondence, reports, minutes, organized arrangement for meeting, conference, functions and justifications, as required on general office automation and specialized tasks.

• Any bachelor’s degree and master’s degree holder.
• 2 years working experiences in related field.
