PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES 

To professionally participate in daily operation of YTG Team in accordance with the Bank SOP and other Trade related international banking standards. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Cooperate with other colleagues in YTG Team activities. 
• This role requires both technical and process knowhow knowledge of complex practices and procedures. 
• Ensure the processes are smoothly and minimum error transacted in Trade Innovative (TI) System with guidance of YTG Operations Manager. 
• Execute transactions within pre-set standardized turnaround times for all activities and service level agreements with business and all others concerned units. 
• Ensure that all transaction processing is in compliance with regulatory and Bank’s policies, procedures and standards with prompt intervention to resolve/report problems/concern areas to Operations Manager and/or Head of Department. 
• First or counter checking of Invoice documents under documentary credits.
• Prepare regular reports and analysis for YTG Operations Manager for effective monitoring and control. 
• Undertake other duties as assigned from time to time by deputy head/head of department and/or operations manager. 
• Prepare daily/ monthly/quarterly and yearly reporting pack. 
• Liaise with various department for required data and report. 
• Undertake other duties assigned from time to time by YTG Manager and Department Head. 

• B. Com, B.A (Eco) ,
• LCCI Level II or III.
• At Least two or three years of related Loan experience within a retail bank/ department. 
• Possess good interpersonal, communication and operational skills 
• Able to work under pressure and capable to solve problems 
• Maintain high level of professionalism 
• Organize work into manageable tasks. 
• Coach and inspire the team. 
• Advanced excel skill
• Sound and effective interpersonal & communication skills in both Myanmar and English Languages.
