Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Review, manage and assess contracts and agreements to ensure compliance and identify potential risks.
  • Collaborate with legal counsel and relevant stakeholders to negotiate contract terms aligned with company policies, government laws, and industry standards.
  • Ensure outsourcing agreements comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor contract compliance using checklists and follow up with partners for renewals, amendments, or updates.
  • Maintain a secure and well-organized contract database, including tracking key milestones, deadlines, and obligations.
  • Prepare contract summaries and reports to support management decision-making.
  • Assist in developing and standardizing contract templates, policies, and guidelines.
  • Support compliance initiatives and participate in internal training related to legal and contract procedures.
  • Work closely with the Compliance team to resolve contract-related issues and support internal audits.
  • Coordinate financial transactions related to contracts and resolve payment or documentation issues with stakeholders.
  • Required to visit and coordinate with government offices as necessary to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory obligations.
  • Manage updates related to systems, agreements, licenses, and third-party integrations.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Department Head.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent qualification.
  • 2-3 years of experience in corporate legal, contract management, or compliance Knowledge of company law, contract law, and regulatory requirements
  • Knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory requirements.
