Job Description

  • To analyze Fixed traffic and TT (Trouble Ticket) trend
  • To Enhance the analysis  (Find out relationship between Fixed traffic and others data)
  • To manage reports of traffic and TT analysis 
  • To visualize and disclose traffic data to related departments
  • To learn, introduce and maintain automation (E.g., RPA, Excel VBA, python)
  • To present traffic analysis report to DGMs, Directors & CTOs
  • To make a plan to improve team task
  • To develop team member skill
  • To lead FTTH improvement activities in operations division
  • To manage team task
  • To lead team members
  • To anayze the bottle neck of Fixed services and discuss for AI (Action Items )and countermeasure with related teams

Job Requirements

  • Need to understand the network infrastructure and understanding the traffic behaviour & making graph from raw data.
  • Need to have the knowledge about analytical tools and technique
  • Understanding KPIs related to service quality for each section of network
  • Management skill , Soft Skills , Negotiation Skill
  • Need self-motivation, focused, and persistent, dependable and trustworthy
  • Good at coaching & reporting
  • Good health condition
