Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

-Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way

- Operational management systems, processes, and best practices

-Purchase materials, plan inventory, and oversee warehouse efficiency

-Formulate strategic and operational objectives

-Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability

-Manage budgets and forecasts

-Perform quality controls and monitor production 

-Recruit, train and supervise staff

-Find ways to increase the quality of customer service

-Manage school kitchen, canteen, and facilities. 

-Responsible for the operations and maintenance of the school facility 

- Do arrangements for Operation School Activity and Event

- Coordinate with School Admin Team

- Maintain a disciplined ambiance in the Operation team in order to complete the stipulated task in time. 

- Ensure to control & manage operations and maintenance expenses, inventory and staffing with the budget limits

- Do necessary duties assigned by  Management

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field   (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience (5+ years) in an operations management or similar role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and business management software.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
