  • Align with related managers to determine require position
  • Maintaining career pages and job descriptions for all position
  • Advertising vacancies on all major job posting sites, and on social media platforms.
  • Use internal and external systems to advertise job vacancies as appropriate
  • Collecting and reviewing applications to shortlist candidates.
  • Conducting background checks to ensure that candidates are fit for appointment
  • Meeting with and interviewing shortlisted individuals.
  • Consulting with members of the applicable team to obtain their input on potential hires.
  • Selecting the most suitable candidates and providing them with job offers.
  • Assist employee onboarding process and data collecting of new joiner and filing, odoo recruitment data entry
  • Assist HR Manager at mid year & annual performance management process in Odoo process for perspective employees 
  • To assist mid-year & annual performance management review process for all Business Units with HR Manager.
  • Scheduling training and orientation for new employees.
  • Identify Learning and Development needs from Business Units and other Departments
  • Coordinate with internal trainers and external vendors to develop training courses and programs
  • Organize soft skills & functional training and collecting feedback
  • Maintain training data as of Learning & Development in HR System
  • Contribute to L&D department events & activities
  • Perform any other duties or tasks as needed by HR Manager

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree Graduated.
  • Minimum 3 years and above experiences in recruitment field
  • Advantages in possessing the Diploma or Certificate Human Resources Management
  • Preferred in knowledge of relevant Laws and Regulations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Computer Literate
  • Have Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
  • Can demonstrate sound Work Ethics and Teamwork
