• Responsible for Attendance, payroll, compensation and benefits

• Assist in the recruitment and interview process

• Communicate and coordinate with government offices

• Assist and report to the HR Manager

Job Requirements

• Age between 20 and 35 years

• Any graduate and Certificate in HR Management

• Must have basic HR knowledge

• Knowledge of basic Myanmar Labor Law

• At least 2 years of experience in a related field

• Ability to work under pressure

• Experience working in a Korean company is preferred

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Able to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
