Job Description

  • Lead day to day operations to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with brand SOPs, safety, hygiene, and food quality standards.
  • Analyze operational metrics and take corrective actions where needed.
  • Manage restaurant readiness for internal audits, customer feedback, health inspections.
  • Recruit, train, coach, and retain high performing staff including crew members.
  • Foster a positive team culture, ensuring high levels of motivation and engagement.
  • Ensure delivery of excellent customer service by monitoring service flow and customer feedback.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and implement preventive measures to improve service recovery.
  • Manage and be accountable for the restaurant P&L: Sale: Labor, COGS and controllable.
  • Develop action plans to drive sales, optimize costs, and achieve monthly/ quarterly targets.
  • Review daily, weekly and monthly reports you track BSCs (Balance Score Card which measures the performances such as sales, cost controls, food hygiene etc., of the YKKO outlet) and implement performance improvement actions.
  • Ensure accurate stock levels, minimize wastage, and enforce FIFO practices.
  • Oversee procurement coordination and stock receiving to prevent shortages and overstocking.
  • Ensure all equipment and facilities are in working condition.
  • Ensure all records related to labor, sales, inventory, food safety, and customer complaints are accurate and complete.
  • Comply with local labor laws, F&B regulations, company policies, and brand standards.
  • Submit operational and financial reports to Area Coach/Operations Manager as scheduled.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in related or retail operations with 2+ years in a managerial role.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong understanding of cost control and inventory management.
  • Excellent customer service mindset and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask and problem-solve quickly.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and evening shift as needed.
