We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and results-driven Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Taungoo Branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing branch staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high operational standards aligned with AtoZ Group's corporate guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day retail operations of the Taungoo branch to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow.

  • Drive sales targets, analyze sales figures, and implement effective strategies to maximize profitability and branch growth.

  • Supervise, train, mentor, and motivate branch staff to achieve individual and team performance goals.

  • Monitor stock levels, manage inventory turnover, and ensure accurate stock tracking and auditing within the branch.

  • Maintain high standards of customer service, handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally, and build strong customer relationships.

  • Manage the branch budget, track daily expenses, and ensure precise cash handling and financial reporting.

  • Ensure the showroom/store visual merchandising is up to corporate standards and that all safety, health, and legal guidelines are strictly followed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or any related field. (MBA or relevant retail diplomas are a plus).

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in retail management, branch operations, or a similar managerial role.

  • Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiar with Retail POS/ERP systems.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a result-oriented mindset.
