• Assist Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business targets
• Lead, support, and monitor sales team performance
• Manage retail sales activities and ensure effective market coverage
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and business partners
• Analyze sales performance and prepare sales reports for management review
• Identify new business opportunities and support market expansion

Job Requirements

  • • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
    • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Sales, especially Retail Sales
    • Experience in Assistant Sales Manager is perferred 
    • Good understanding of retail market and customer relationship management
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
    • Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
    • Good problem-solving and team management skills
    • Proficient in MS Office and sales reporting
