Role Summary:

The Senior Talent Acquisition Professional owns end-to-end recruitment, driving a sourcing strategy that keeps a strong, steady pipeline of candidates flowing to meet large hiring targets, while monitoring the work of junior team members. The role manages a results-driven agency model, negotiates commercial terms, and tracks performance against clear KPIs to ensure targets are met on time and within budget.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Sourcing Strategy & Agency Model

• Design and drive a sourcing strategy across channels that keeps a strong, steady pipeline of candidates flowing at pace
• Lead the agency model: identify, onboard, and manage recruitment agencies/vendors, negotiating fees, and commercial terms
• Track agency performance against KPIs (fill rate, time-to-fill, conversion) and manage the agency panel accordingly
• Own acquisition cost and ROI reporting across channels; plan hiring drives/events to meet targets within deadlines

Team Coordination & Monitoring

• Monitor junior team members' day-to-day work, ensuring pace, quality, and consistency with hiring standards
• Review shortlists and screening notes, providing feedback and guidance; flag gaps or issues to the team members
• Support junior team members with training on sourcing techniques and interview standards

Candidate Selection & Hiring Management

• Partner with hiring managers to define job descriptions and criteria, and oversee shortlisting and screening
• Guide interview scheduling and standards, stepping in directly on urgent or critical hires
• Lead offer negotiation and closing, ensuring a consistent value proposition; oversee onboarding and induction

Reporting, Metrics & Continuous Improvement

• Track hiring metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source of hire, agency performance) and report insights to leadership
• Identify bottlenecks in the hiring process and recommend improvements to process or channel mix

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HRM, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• 5-7 years of progressive Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience, with a track record of meeting large hiring targets and guiding junior team members
• Proven experience managing an agency/vendor recruitment model, including contract negotiation and performance management
• Strong results orientation, comfortable delivering against KPIs and deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal command of English and Burmese
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
