Job Description

•Participate in developing department goals, objectives, systems and production After Sales services

•Expand knowledge about products, services, sales techniques and business communication to provide consistently improved assistant

•Enhance, build and grow relations with business, customer and teams

•Conduct site visits as needed in addition to conference calls and email communications

•Deliver high-quality content and messaging to drive Customer service, experience and sales growth

•Share and maintains appropriate account documentation

•Obtains and communicate timely and relevant information such as competitive insights to all relevant areas within the Customer Service and Business Environment

•Old customers' use of goods, To carry out customer service and technical support satisfaction surveys/analysis and re-service processes

•Must be able to perform CRM procedures

•Profit business areas by gathering data

•Share intelligence with key internal business partners

•Conduct market research studies and analyze.

•Conduct economic and commercial surveys to identify potential markets for services.

•Set specific marketing strategy planning (Mid-term/Yearly marketing strategy, Product portfolio strategy) that align with the overall corporate direction and business goals.

•Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.

•Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote services, working with Commercial manager.

Job Requirements

•Possess a recognized degree preferably in BE (EP), Economics or Business, coupled with 3 to 5 years experiences in a similar field.

•BE (EP) or Any Graduate with MBA/BM/Marketing.

•Previous relationship management and Business development/Sales skills are required

•Knowledge preferably in Transformer, Panel and Generator Service Maintains

•Team playing

•Willing to travel

•Proficiency in Microsoft office

•Excellent interpersonal & intellectual skill

•Excellent English language skill

•Good presentation, team playing & leadership skill

•Proper decision-making skill and management skill

•Ability to work in team, also independently
