  • Determine current staffing needs and produce forecasts
  • Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
  • Lead employment branding initiatives
  • Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
  • Establishing recruiting requirements by meeting with hiring managers to discuss needs.
  • Determining applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
  • Sourcing potential applicants by placing job advertisements using job portals and social media.
  • Determining applicant qualifications by telephone interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Arranging and conducting interviews for short-listed candidates
  • Evaluating applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with respective hiring managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
  • Coordinating with external agencies to find the best candidate for the organization
  • Holding accountable for recruitment trackers and monthly recruitment reportsUses networking opportunities such as local community groups or professional associations to identify referrals for qualified candidates
  • Manages projects including; email marketing, competitor organizational chart mapping, mapping professional and alumni associations, social media, cold calling, and social activities
  • Assessing need, organizing, and running information career webinars and campaigns
  • Works within a budget
  • Performs queries and searches in Applicant Tracking databases for qualified candidates
  • Searches the internet using search engines, user groups or Blogs and other creative techniques to find qualified candidates
  • Identifies user groups and professional associations which could lead to qualified candidates.
  • Keeps Applicant Tracking System (ATS) such as vacancy tracker and candidate tracker updated at all times
  • Opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
  • Use sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate (Must be holder of Diploma in Human Resource Management)
  • At least (3) years’ experience in Recruitment & Selection field
  • Proficient in interviewing skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Initiative and persistent to obtaining the results.
  • Pleasant, friendly personality and self-motivator
