Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

To be able to support day to day operations of HR & Admin department such as but not limited to –

Recruitment screening , employee record management, Administrative tasks for factory, office and warehouse. Looking for a team player who can support company objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Selection:
  • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  •  Screening resumes, conducting interviews, and assessing candidates' skills and experience.
  •  Coordinating with hiring managers to identify and fill open positions.
  •  Conducting background checks and reference verifications.
  •   Extending job offers and managing the onboarding process.
  •   Employee Relations:
  •   Handling employee inquiries and resolving workplace conflicts.
  •   Managing employee performance issues and conducting disciplinary actions when necessary.
  •   Promoting employee engagement and morale through various initiatives.
  •    Maintaining employee records and ensuring data privacy.
  •   Training and Development:
  •    Identifying training needs and developing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  •    Conducting training sessions and evaluating their effectiveness.
  •    Providing coaching and mentoring to employees.
  •   Compensation and Benefits:
  •    Administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
  •    Processing payroll and ensuring accurate and timely payments.
  •    Conducting salary surveys and ensuring competitive compensation packages.
  •   Legal and Regulatory Compliance:
  •    Ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
  •    Advising management on HR-related legal matters.
  •    Maintaining accurate HR records and documentation.

Job Requirements


  • Requirements & QualificationsAny Graduate (Preferred with Diploma in HRM).
    -Age under 35 years old
    -Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) 
    -Must have at least 2 years of experience in a related field.
    -In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
    -Strong organizational and time-management abilities

 

Preferred Skills
- Experience in recruitment and payroll coordination
- Knowledge of HR systems or HR software
- Problem-solving and conflict management skills
- Team-oriented with a proactive mindset
